Sign In Register Now Sign In Register Now Sign In Register Now General Home Application for Admission Further Information Online Application Procedure Copyright © 2006-2020 Previous Next Apply for Admission Application for Admission Submit Application Online Application Procedure Please read the following instructions carefully before proceeding to our Online Application system Before you start the application, please familiarise yourself with ICS’s grade and age requirements and confirm that your child's date of birth falls within the correct year group. (Our cut-off date is 31 August; a pupil must turn 6 on or before that date to enter Grade 1, 7 on or before that date to enter Grade 2, and so on.) In addition, it is a good idea to collate the following documents on your computer so you can upload them during the on-line application process. Some items are to be uploaded as part of the application form; some are to be found on a check list that follows the form. A recent photograph of the applicant A copy of the information page(s) (with date of birth and nationality) of the applicant’s passport Copies of the previous two years' school reports or transcripts, plus current year report if available (in English; please translate if necessary, and then also submit copies in the original language) Copies of any educational or psychological assessments (in English) The application form and the financial regulations form are to be filled out online. In the event that your company is responsible for your child’s tuition, please make sure that you fill in an appropriate contact to whom we will send the form to be signed. The payment of the application fee (CHF 400.-) may be effected online with a credit card. Please note that an application is considered complete only when all checklist items and the application fee have been submitted.
